**Role and Responsibilities:**

As a SEN Challenging Behaviour Mentor, you will:

Work one-on-one with children with ASD to manage and reduce challenging behaviours.

As well as,

– Develop and implement individualized behaviour intervention plans.

– Collaborate with parents, teachers, and therapists to ensure a consistent approach.

– Provide emotional support and build trusting relationships with the children.

– Track progress and adjust strategies as needed.

**Qualifications:**

– Experience working with children with ASD and challenging behaviours.

– Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Patience, empathy, and resilience.

– Relevant qualifications in psychology, education, or a related field are preferred.
